Nick and Jocelyn part 25

Jocelyns POV

All I could think of was my upcoming trip to California. As I was packing I was rehearsing some of my songs I planned to sing in my head. It was cool a lot in England so it would be nice to get my summer clothes out to pack. Here in England I dont really feel like I belong. I just finished filming my new movie but didnt have that much fun because HE wasnt there with me. Supporting me. There when I need to talk to him. I dont know anyone here in England and it gets so lonely. The good thing is I'll be able to visit my friends while I'm there in California.

Nicks POV

Selena hasnt talken to me since the argument we had about Jocelyn. I didnt want to hurt her feelings but I just dont feel the same way she does about me. We have an upcoming show next week I dont know who will be there. Maybe it will take my mind off of her for a while if I just practice for it. I wrote a song called Cant have you and its about Jocelyn. This time I'm actually going to come out and tell everyone that its about her onstage. Shes worth it.

Jocelyns POV

I was just packing when my phone rang. It's Desiree.

Jocelyn: hello?
Desiree: hey why do you sound so depressed?
Jocelyn: I'm not depressed
Desiree: Every time I talk to you now you seem depressed...have you still been thinking about Nick?

It felt like someone was just repeatedly stabbing me in the heart. Everyone has been saying his name so much.

Jocelyn: No Desiree I'm fine!
Desiree: I'm sorry I shouldnt have brought it up
Jocelyn: No Desiree I shouldnt have gotten so upset I'm sorry I didnt mean to yell at you like that.
Desiree: It's ok I understand
Jocelyn: so how are things going with David?
Desiree: its been really good
Jocelyn: Thats good so your going to be at the concert I'm doing next week?
Desiree: yep thats why I called to let you know that I"ll be there
Jocelyn: Thats good I havent word back from Lillian yet if shes going
Desiree: oh well yeah I'll def be there
Jocelyn: kay thats good I'm gonna call Lillian right now ok?
Desiree: yeah I'll talk to you soon love you!
Jocelyn: love you too

I went down the list of contacts on my phone and went to press Lillian. The phone started ringing but I heard a different voice on the other end...it was Nicks.

Nick: Hello?

It hurt to hear his voice even more than it hurt to say his name. I realized that the next contact after Lillian had been Nicks and pressed that by accident.

Jocelyn: uh
Nick: wait Jocelyn

I hung up the phone. I started sobbing. I couldnt believe how much of a stupid mistake that was.

Nicks POV

I definitely knew it was Jocelyn that called I could see it on my phone. Why did she call? Did she mean to talk to me and then hung up by accident? Uggghh a million thoughts were going through my head trying to figure out what was going on.

Denise: are you ok? who was that on the phone?
Nick: umm no one
Denise: honey I heard you say Jocelyn did you talk to her?
Nick: No mom I didnt ok
Denise: why did she call?
Nick: I dont know mom just leave me alone
Denise: ok sweetie

I didnt come out of my room for at least 2 hours struggling to find the reason for her calling.

Jocelyns POV

I was in the kitchen when my mom came in.

Mom: umm I just called and there arent any more hotels available.
Jocelyn: oh so I cant do the concert?
Mom: No you can because someone asked if you wanted to stay at there house and before you say anything I want you to do this.
Jocelyn: just tell me where mom
Mom: Denise made a call and..

I checked out after Denise. Did my mom really expect me to stay at his house after everything that has been going on?

Jocelyn: mom I cant do that! You know awkward it will be for both me and him! I cant do that!
Mom: Well I think this might be a good idea honey
Jocelyn: I dont wanna go
Mom: Please just do it she already knows you have nowhere else to go and think of Denise she has been wanting to see you too and Frankie has been asking for you a lot too.
Jocelyn: whatever

Nicks POV

My mom came walking down the stairs.

Denise: We are going to be having a special guest in our house this coming week and I dont want you to freak out
Nick: who?
