At least this is not new territory. You KNOW what it takes to get back where you need to be. You know the mental game you need to play. You know that your squat with the saftey squat bar is going to go sky high. You know when you train the healthy side,due to bilateral transfer, 1/3 up to 1/2 of what you gain automatically transfers over to the injured side.
Think about all the stuff you learned from the first time. You are not flying blind. You know what you need to do when you need it.

@clipper400 That's good. How long does it usually take to recover from an injury like that?

@Ozzi4Japan 12 weeks after surgery I can lift again. The other arm took me about year to get back to 100% strength.
