City Of The Dead Game

This is the trailer for city of the dead zombie game, sadly it got cancelled.

Update 2: This game has now been released but under a different title, search for "Day Of The Zombie" on torrents or rapidshare, the story has been changed but i think everything else has remained the same.

Update 1: i spoke to my friend James who works for Kuju entertainment & they were the guys that were developing the game, apparently the distributor went bust & the project was stopped & never got a release, too bad because it looks like a fun game.

I seriously believe there is some kind of conspiracy against free roaming modern zombie games like.

Take a look at GTA IV videos that have zombie in the title or description. All videos combing the two have literally hundreds of thousands to millions of views. That big of a market for a game like this, yet nothing?

Take a look at the cancelled game called Dead Rush, trailer is on youtube. Again, cancelled.

Do someone not want the competition or something?

Dead island was a hit and that's rpg free roaming there may not be a lot of shooting or guns until a certain point or heavey vehocles in the game bit I feel thwy did ot very well and accurate lot better then some vause in reality unless your hparding weapons in real life what arw the chances of finding a gun and plenty of lasting ammo if something like that happens then chances are slim cuase your not gonna be the only one who wants ammo and gun personaly give me a blunt melee blade or spade

@Ninety9Soulz It's because the idea of combining rpg exp/looting free roam with first person zombie survival hasn't been done properly yet and most big gaming companies won't risk the money to make a game that in their eyes may flop.
