I am glad there is somebody like Brodsky out there to keep our justice system as fair as it can be so we don't have crazies like you guys accusing everybody of crimes they did or didn't commit based on the fact that you don't like the accused. We have already been there, done that and saw that it was wrong, it was called the Salem witch trials. I am glad that there is gonna be a trial so that you guys can find something better to do.

So then maybe you should leave this country if you don't believe in your justice system? Sure, Brodsky could have joined the peace but he became a lawyer instead. He does many things such and property and immigration law, oh yes and criminal law so that everybody can have a fair trial. Even Drew, who we don't even know is guilty yet. You guys are arguing that because Drew acts like an ass he must be a murderer... well then I meet a lot of murderers every day, let me tell you.

Brodsky is just doing his job, and a pretty good one at that. Besides, if Brodsky theoretically knew that Drew was involved in any of his wives misfortunes then he would not be allowed to represent Drew. As far as Brodsky knows, he is representing an innocent man. And you can just claim irrationally that Brodsky knows otherwise and is just crooked because it is in Drews best interest on to say anything for fear of Brodsky backing off. Drew may be a lot of things, but he isn't stupid.

Somebody has gotta do it. If we didn't let even the most terrible of criminals have lawyers to defend them then we wouldn't have much of a justice system, now would we? I am sure that if you were convicted or any crime then you would want somebody defending you too.

Hi lawyer is an idiot. Normal Mothers dont burn and abandon their children. Mothers that have done this are mental cases with problems. It's not a normal thing that happens all the time . Drew Peterson killed these women , he told the second wife he could get away with killing her too. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to put 2 and 2 together that this man is pure evil and feels nothing about what he has done. He will face God one day and will be judged for what he did.

I would fire his attorney! Like the other attorney said he shouldn't be doing 10's of 10's on interviews. Especially if he's guilty which anybody with half a brain knows he is! I just watched the movie about this case and I thought it was good.

Joel Brodsky, Peterson’s lead defense attorney, said, “They made it seem like no woman, no mother, would ever just disappear, but as this most recent case shows, it does happen. In fact it happens more than you would think.”

Brodsky blamed the Illinois State Police for creating “a huge cloud of suspicion” over Peterson by stating that Stacy was presumed dead. As a result, Peterson is now demanding an apology....

Peterson’s press release pointed to the recent news that Washington mother Judith Bello, who vanished 18 years ago under seemingly suspicious circumstances, called police a few weeks ago to notify them that she was alive and living in California. According to the Daily Herald, authorities determined that she left voluntarily because of marital problems and had not wanted her husband to know where she was....

He has also maintained his innocence in the death of third wife Kathleen Savio, which was ruled an accident in 2004 but was reclassified as a homicide when her body was exhumed after Stacy went missing. His trial has been delayed by disputes over the admissibility of hearsay evidence in that case....

Peterson, who remains in jail on $20 million bond awaiting trial for his third wife’s murder, said in a press release Monday that he believes Stacy Peterson is “still very much alive” and that it was wrong of police to declare her missing and presumed dead. Stacy was last seen in October 2007 and Peterson has denied having anything to do with whatever happened to her....
