garcia was still his main man. Like he said, he went to roach just to get another perspective or the standup game. Getting it from someone as reputable as roach didn't hurt either. Of course, we can't credit his trainers only for him becoming so well rounded.. he himself is just getting better (with the help of his staff)

He was never scared.. that's what you people seem to not understand. I've been a loyal 100% arlovski fan for a decade now and I know him well. He was simply implying his new skills that he learned in terms of boxing. It's called being cautious and technical (aka smart). Only problem was, which numerous people informed him of, was that he was being a little over technical.

yea, his game does go down some without a cage cause he liked to hold people there and he would sprawl alot and used the cage too. they need to do away with the ring tho.

His last fight was a 3rd round win which shows it was NOT an all out crazy vicious pitbull style.. this would have been a first round win/loss. In conclusion, he seems to have found a nice balance between aggressiveness and technicality.

I couldnt belive his hand speed, it looked good :). way to go Freddy but would 3 weeks make that much of a diff?

Because he pushed the fight, good to see the old Arlovski and not a guy scared to get KO'd.
