A Union boss known as Mexico's most powerful woman has been arrested on charges of corruption. Elba Esther Gordillo is accused of embezzeling more than 160 MILLION dollars from the country's teachers' union. She's suspected of using the money on everything from property to plastic surgery. Al Jazeera's Rachel Levin reports from Mexico City.

    that the privatization of the industry has failed in these three other OECD cases (which in the US case therefore this report reminds me of the recent chicago and seattle teachers strikes). And we can see how Pena Nieto's policies harken back to what's set off the Chilean student movement since that's the most polarized system in any OECD country.
