not ones have i claimed that these methodes originate in any religion, just that religion uses them. Furthermore i have explicitly said that the 1 stage (which is in its extreme form essentialy physical/mental torture) is unusual in religions, but the other are stages not.

Oh and even Aristotelic rhetorik has roughly the same steps, only restricted to words.

@samee2334 tactics or games are used to brainwash. People will starve other people, or they will grab onto some need like sleeping and twist the person around it for their game's goal. People who are starving or who don't get sleep are more likely to believe that the moon is made out of cheese.

@samee2334 a lot of people rebel against brainwashing because they think it's wrong because the person who is brainwashed is usually ignorant. Ignorant is a big word that means "without being aware/ knowledge of." Basically, people who are brainwashed aren't aware of what is happening to them, and it could be a lie. Other people make them believe things like that the moon is made out of cheese and that they are slaves of the moon. Slave means someone who works without pay or respect.
