The problem here is... they are not referring to actual privatization as being bad. they are referring to crony capitalism in which political ties determine success, which is not true privatization.

Nothing is free, I have to pay for a bloated bureaucracy that runs the city library so that I don't have to bring my wallet when I go to check out a book. I love the library, but I am all for privatization.

How is it that so many people are posting AGAINST libraries? Those "useless" buildings are often packed to capacity, and when a search engine cannot help you, a good librarian usually can. Just because YOU don't use something does not mean its not a good thing for society. Maybe you havent needed the fire department either, but you sure would know it if it was gone.
