that fucking guitarist totally butchered the intro

Down here should get the rights to some songs and make a tribute album.
It would be amazing. I'd buy it.

Judging fron some of the older comments here, other people already made the link and heard/saw the resemblance thing before Marc exploded onto the scene with his Queen extravaganza audition tape. Will he drop the band Downhere? Who knows, time will tell.

@FighterOfTheFoo93 no chance ! unfortunatly just a voice sosie :) and that's already great !
-
he could very much be FREDDY's son--- and sadly--lost his dad at the age of 16 (1991 when Freddy passed on). Thumbs up if you think he should very well be the next QUEEN's frontman.

This guy will be dropping the band in a heartbeat as soon as Brian May gives him a call.

@NouveauNick Oh, I'm not denying there is a difference in their voices...Jason is a bass/baritone and mark is baritone/tenor. The point I was making is that the voice that is prominent in this video isn't Jason's. Sounds like its coming from whomever taped it, or someone standing nearby. Seems like we are hearing 2 different voices! =)
-
@NouveauNick: Huge diff between Jason and Marc.
-
@djknee So you're trying to convince me that Jason's voice isn't a lot deeper than Marc's and doesn't sound a little like the collective soul guy - I've never had the pleasure of seeing them live, but every video I've seen and song on youtube sounds like that. My original comment sounded a little negative - but you can't deny that there's serious difference in pitch between the two! :-)
-
@NouveauNick having seen them live at least a dozen times in the past 10 years, and sometimes enjoying Jason's voice over Marc's, trust me when I say that's not Jay's voice.
@jazzlady9 The first thought that popped into my head after seeing this and his cover of Bohemian Rhapsody was :" Hmmm... Somebody should get this guy a paternity test!!!" lol

The hard part of that whole reincarnation thing is that Freddie died in November, 1991. This would make Marc Martel 16 at the moment! I do completely agree with you however, that Freddie and Marc have, eerily, inherited VERY similiar gene patterns that make them look and sound really close. I must confess that this has drawn me towards their music more readily (not that they don't have a good sound going on their own).
