A video response to a forum question on how to do easy vertical forearm, I am just trying to explain how it seems to work for me without tiring the shoulder joint. I am not a coach and so may be way off, also this is a new thought for me but has helped my stroke a lot in the last two weeks.
YOu can't neglect body rotation when rehearsing this in or out of the water. The dropping of the forearm happens in concert with body rotation.
