I'd add toes, ankles, knees, hips, backs, elbows, wrists, fingers, and shoulders to that long list of body parts...from strains to sprains, lacerations, tears, ruptures, concussions and fractures...grappling is brutal...hell, except for maybe tai chi, any type of combat sport/art can be brutal.
