I really, really am in love with the vacuum cleaner. It reminds me a little of the gravity gun in Half Life 2, but it's by no means a copy - I think the idea of destroying things, pulling them towards you and then shooting them away like a projectile is marvellous and was wonderfully executed in this game.
A wonderful weapon design!
The music is wonderful as well.

The art style is great!
As a suggestion though it would be good to see some character movement animation improvements. The turning animation is very static and is seen in many old games, it would be nice to see the character lean into the turn. Examples of this can be seen in uncharted or GTAIV.
I understand this is pre-alpha and by no means represents the final product but i thought I would just say my opinion :)

you know i went to your website i saw alot of screenshots and the first thing that pops in my head was Tim Burton....it reminded of The nightmare before christmas.........in other words creepy yet beautiful

While I enjoy seeing pre-alpha footage I would think that whoever was creating this video should chose the elements they display more carefully. If your plan is to drum up support and excitement, a small, boxed in space with a character with some pretty simplistic moves and zero physics might not get the attention it deserves.
The stills and concept art are gorgeous, as are the environments.

@jimbot18 Part of the beauty of indie development is the ability to share the development process with supporters. This video is by no means a trailer or competitive marketing strategy - we never claimed it was. It's simply a video showcasing a character that we are working on; one that will definitely be improved and tweaked as we continue work.

@Frank2029 - This is a Pre-Alpha video, by no means a final product. We are still a ways off from launching, but we post videos like these to get feedback early on so we can make sure this title is what everyone expects :)
