RandomCanadian is right, this is referring to the Oxford BioMedica drug Repoxygen. It is an advanced drug that increases red blood cell production in times of low oxygen levels in the blood. However, malfunctions can lead to too many red blood cells resulting in clotting and ultimately, death.
