Before discovering this video I must say that I've never heard of this group before. But no matter; this rendition of Judy Blue Eyes is, in a word, EXCELLENT. Phrasing, harmonies, tempo, guitar playing; eveything is spot on and basically perfect. To say that I am impressed in a total understatement. This is as good or beter than CS&N did it. FIVE STARS!

I've always wanted to cover this song, but my band has too much adhd to learn it. Why doesn't the bassist play the bass part? She sings the spanish part about running away to Cuba really good....where's the bass? Reguardless....best cover of this song I've ever heard.

Glad you enjoyed ourversion of this wonderful song.
Kristy, our bassist on this song lives 300 miles away from the rest of the band. We always played together at the festival in Winfield but outside of that we got together maybe once a year. She doesn't even own a bass. It's tough to be in a band when folks are hours apart.

Killer job! You nailed the great C,S&N vocals too, great guitar work also,..are you in Double Drop D tuning?,..the tabs try to say it's in EEEEBE,but it can't be right,on my Daylight Again DVD Stills is playing in Double Drop D, just as it sounds like you are playing it,..please tell me if I'm wrong,..I've always dug this song, but never really figured out what tuning he was in,..again outstanding job on a technically difficult tune! keep doing what you're doing,..Tim, Hurricane Alley(FL)

Tim, glad you enjoyed it. My Buddy JoeL is playing the 12 string in a D tuning - DDDDAD. (I guess that is double drop D.) This is probably our most favorite song to perform. Thanks for checking us out. Joe T.
