Google TV & Sony Meetup

Our first ever Google TV & Sony Meetup was a lot of fun. We had an excellent line up of folks from the Google TV Team as well as special guests from Revision3 including Rob DeMillo (CTO) and Ron Richards who moderated the event.

Have you tried listening to the replay? There are parts that are a bit muffled but for the most part the audio can be heard. This was conducted via a hangout on air so also remember that it had over 400 people in the background talking.

The resolution & sound were horrible in this Hangout, please get your act together, I should say this in a better way but what are you advertising? professional media?

Thanks for your candid feedback. Keep in mind that the store had 400 people around the panel. The hangout was also broadcasted via hangout on air so it's not going to be perfect but please note that it was originally designed for a in person meetup but decided the virtual component would also be cool. Stay tuned for future events we host.

It's just like my Google TV... The browsers crashes, the flash plug in crushes and Netflix says can't play video, try again later.

This is unwatchable. I've seen public access shows with better production value. You guys seem to "borrow" from Apple a lot so why dont you take a hint from there presentations as well.

dont understand why the audio is terrible and why the video is ALWAYS terrible. i seen videos on youtube home made and they look crystal clear. Google with all there billions cant get a decent video camera and audio? come on guys

Thank you for replying, I understand,it was really frustrating. I do enjoy my Google TV in fact I bought two! Just a suggestion but use a sony DSX HX9V Camera C-NET Editor's choice for video would serve you well. Thank you! from a grateful customer. :)
