  • @allegedartistlessons Could you PLEASE do a right hand picking lesson, you seem to have a real fluid technique...I would really appreciate some insight. Thanks man

  • @Lydian7lc That's a good idea. I use different techniques for different types of lines though. My style is mostly a hybrid of a few things.

  • A massive thank you for your tremendous musicianship and your willingness to communicate your knowledge - I recently encountereed the Bergonzi pentatonic book and was beguiled - you have made this material even more enticing through your huge musical talent and given it even more meaning for guitarists - I really can't thank you enough!

  • I know it has nothing to do with it but your guitar sounds amazing!

  • Good fluid picking.

  • @allegedartistlessons I really like that....also your sound ....what kind model is your Fender and shape of neck? Thanks a lot,Brother!

  • @allegedartistlessons That sounds good man, cool. It's weird my left hand seems so be so much more in sync with the beat than my right hand. I find myself falling behind the beat and lagging because I'm playing catch up with my picking hand.

  • Great stuff!! Thanks!

  • Nice information man. Still, I would caution against using "should" pedagogy.

  • sorry to spam questions, but was also going to ask, what is your opinion on playing Minor pentatonic over dominant 7 chords. not strictly, but does it fit well in your mind. Such as F minor pent over an F7? or more interchanging between Fmaj pent and Fm pent at same time over F7? I'm still having trouble getting my 'ears' around the Abm pentatonic over an F7, i understand the theory, but i can't get it inside the tolerable realm. Great lessons, feel free to ignore such long winded questions!

  • this is loverly. Just wondering, do you strickly alternate pick this pattern, or do you economy pick it? Such as the first descending pattern you played. Down up up up Down up up up Down up up up,,, ? or does that lose something to it.
