The vision of Shauna and Kevin Walker to rebuild the beloved Oak Bay Beach Hotel had finally come to a reality. It included rebuilding the hotel by retaining much of its history and combining the demand of today's luxury and a design to lead it into the future.

We were presented with a task to market high end luxury condos with a unique investment opportunity to a particular demographic without a constructed building to show. To compliment an existing print campaign, we painted a picture of an attractive 50 plus retired couple who know the intimate details of what makes each other happy. The result is classy, polished ad that shows a carefree, educated and affluent demographic that knows what they want as well as a good thing when they see it. While the commercial required a call to action component, we ensured the Oak Bay Beach Hotel's brand was well positioned by the classic overall look, message and feel of the ad.
