redlight ufo

around 30 still-frames made into a movie.images taken from coventry,england on february 21 2009 @12.45 pm. weather was quite sunny with occasional high-level haze.canon 450d slr + 600mm telescope used for imaging.object may be a dark oval balloon with reflective red detail,but i feel it looks a bit odd compared with 100s of other balloons i have imaged.i'll call it a ufo for now!

hi, i don.t think either explanation would fit very well.the object was imaged in bright sunlight so any 'lantern' like light would probably look quite dim in such conditions,also,weather balloons are usually a very distinctive shape and white or aluminium mylar . thanks for your interest,phil

Read your discription about the video. Was hoping maybe you could help me. I have a video with some photos of a UFO that I dont know what it is or could be (even reported it to swedish UFO site but after 8 months I still havent got any answer). Waiting for my telescope/teleobjective so I could get better zoom. How do you find your UFOs? Do you scan the sky with binocular or dou you just look around the sky until you see something? Was hoping to caputre some more photos this spring/summer.

that thing went right through my friend and I while we were standing in the back of my truck in the desert staring at it off in the distance. We had been dirt biking and were loading the bikes into my truck when I saw it at ground level approx half a mile or less away. My friend and I watched it rise up from the ground and then it hovered there for a minute, like a giant strobing fiery oval-then it shot at us at the speed of light, by the time it reached us it was as big as football field.
