  • @liotta75 what makes you think i don't grapple and box with the best teachers around? classical martial arts are just that.. classical... its not realistic to think that i don't understand this... you need to have more faith in martial artists...

  • @longmenpai i train in Daito ryu jujutsu and have used it to defend myself against a knife weilding attacker, and a boxer who was twice my weight, i made him look like a fool

  • @rooster82471 thanks, these guys need to understand that the stuff works, but demos are demos.... I appriciate the support

  • I thought this martial art was the original aikido before aikido was 'tamed down'?

    Is this true? thanks.

  • @hapelliotte yes, aikidos mother is daito ryu. tanomo family to takeda to ueshiba. gozo shioda's yoshinkan is a derivitive of ueshiba and kodo horikawas daito ryu.

  • @syimang But to train in real life situations it's wrong to assume your opponent is less powerful or skilled than you. In 3:00 ~ 4:30 the techniques are counter punches that assume you are either faster than your opponent or you knows what he is going to do. These kind of things only works in demos or sparrings or even matches, when you have rounds to learn your opponent's patterns of attacks. In real life, you don't even know if your opponent has a gun...

  • I feel sorry for the uke!

  • this is very good, all the traditional japanese martial arts use the principle when push you pull and when pull you push...

  • And who is this cat in the beginning applying all the locks and submissions?

    I mean....wow.

  • @rooster82471 Where do u train?

  • uki needs to learn how to block, he should go to kyokushin for six months, first

  • @syimang Osu!

  • This art seems to be very street ready. Does it have kicks? What percentage of the art is striking versus grapling? Just curious I don't know anything about it.

  • The guy taking ukemi surely derserved his black belt that day! Ouch!

  • muy mal aplicadas las tecnicas..malisimo.. BAD
