sagat isn't broken, cammy player was just bad, i'm a noob and even i know that
perfect match up, cammy is faster, her cannon drill goes through most fireballs in close distances. Cammy's cannon spike is a good answer sagats tiger uppercut. Mixing in with the air throw to slide would've be useful. (i.e hooligan combination grabs to slide)
a weak spinning knuckle to taunt sagat to ultra would've worked too.
