Amp up the oblique toning of the classic plank with this challenging variation!

How To:
Begin with your knees on the floor and your upper body propped on bent elbows shoulder width apart. Extend your legs back behind you hip width apart, resting on the balls of your feet. Hold this position for a few seconds, then twist back to center. Alternate sides and repeat.
