  • you have the absolute pitch?

  • @amrosik Yes. Thanks for watching it!

  • @luisca2007 how did you trained your absolute pitch? I mean you cant just have the pitch simply by birth. There has to be some kind of training to develop your pitch, right? did you do something special to train your ear or did it come with time?

  • @amrosik mmmm...I think by birth...because my dad and mom are musicians as well and they don´t have it, but my sister and I do and I began to realize that, when my mom used to ask me wich note it was and I inmediately knew and my mom played it on the piano to see and it was always correctly

  • great work! i bet you practice a lot! this def shows it, whos your cello teacher? and do you go to a university?

  • @apocello2009 My cello teacher is james Tennant in New Zealand, Waikato University and I just finished my first year of University with an special "SOLOIST" program.

If you want, check the other Paganini, the alive performance, I think is better.

    Thanks for commenting

    Santiago :-D

  • OMG harry potter

  • Yeah his face is so cold and his playing looks very robotic, but the emotion pours out of his cello.

It´s there although you cant see it.

  • lol you're not 12. and even if u were no one cares. just post the fucking video and be done. we dont need to know your age to listen to you play.

  • Glorious!

  • Oh Dang!

  • Tiene cara de infeliz S: ... u.u

  • @Sagora123 Speed/rubato is up to the player. He played through the full song o.e no parts were added. Parts that were staccato are of his style in order to make the piece his own (in a way). No doubt YoYo Ma's version of this song is much better, but you must understand, he's been going at this for decades. Santiago (at the time) must have had practice for, at the most, 8 years. I've been playing for about 5 years now, and I'm nowhere near as good as him, especially when it comes to the notes...

  • @TheExarion too fast, too sloppy, added more parts to the original song. Was too flat and too sharp in most parts and couldnt hit the note correctly. Put staccato in a truely amazing part which made it sound terrible.

Watch the YoYo Ma version. its a true work of art

  • @Sagora123 Explain.

  • How can some people say that this is horrible.....Sure there are some flat notes, but the fact that a 12 year old is doing a concerto that some violinist never accomplish in their life time is pretty amazing to me
