One of my TOP favorite Trance songs of all time...period. The song is called "Anjunabeach" by Above & Beyond, found on A&B's latest album "Anjunabeats, Volume 7". Now, I know Youtube is going to have the pleasure of either muting this video, or putting ADs all over it like usual since of course, this is a VERY popular song, but screw it...this is for the sake of keeping Trance alive!

While this song is very chill, I can't help but get goosebumps all over throughout the middle of the song. It's a breath of fresh air!

Now for those of you who don't know what this game is, it is called "Audiosurf". It's basically a really chill game of which you can play with ANY song you want of any genre [unlike games such as Guitar Hero, Rockband, or DJ hero, which limit you to play only certain songs], and the objective is to hit the colored blocks and avoid the grey blocks. It's kind of a combination of Tetris, F-Zero and Frequency...except you're trying to build a massive amount of color blocks for more points. The more red the blocks are, the more points you get. "Redder" blocks appear at the MOST INTENSIVE parts of the song, though it's challenging because it surfs really fast and also more grey blocks surround the red blocks.

Anyway, it's a good way to spend 10 bucks if you don't feel like playing anything else on a Sunday Afternoon.

Enjoy!

As usual. I will try to bring you gameplay footage at its highest quality possible. Footage here has been encoded using Sony Vegas 9.0c rendered on 1280x720 @ 35FPS, all at BEST settings using wmv 9 encoding.

  • Vids are already up...pay particular attention to the song titles at the bottom of each run in the last 3 Audiosurf videos I just uploaded.

Cheers! And thanks for subscribing :)

  • @soma1509 nice you gonna have to show what it looks like like were to put it lol, that would be soo cool thanks again!

  • One other thing I found out.

If you add "[as-steep] [as-bankcam]" (without quotes) to the end of your song tag, the camera will basically do twists and turns through any part that has a drop. In some cases, you will have to play upside down! Also, the steep parts will be even steeper xD

If I can, I'll upload a song and see how it turns out...this mod is crazy difficult!

  • @soma1509 sweet thanks man! i use a laptop haha

  • I held down my middle mouse button since it can be clicked down, and simply moved the mouse around.

I have a Razer Lachesis mouse, so it's a little over the top for gaming mice nowadays.

  • @soma1509 thanks, ill go look. how did you look around?

  • I sort of experimented a bit...lol!

I started the song, then paused midway (not exactly though), then changed the effects to negative, the graphic settings i left to premium, and the background to black. I then restarted the song and that's how it turned out xD

  • how did u get the white high way? i got my channel witch is devoted to audio surf. you must tell me lol

  • @cubano07x I'm tempted to play "No one on Earth" on this, but I don't know how good that will come out.

  • Wow this song is actually perfect for the game
