Haddock would most possibli be Berry Punch
Professor Tryphon Tournesol could either be exhausted Apple Jack or perhaps some other OC/background-pony
Bianca Castafiore would probably be Rarity
Can't think of anyone for Dupont et Dupond, since no twins yet in FiM-yet.
