@LeftyPlaysRighty i'll never forget that scene when Basil allowed Manuel to use the kitchen to cook up his native dish for a special occasion, Terry the Chef wasn't very happy, a few scenes later they come back ,and there's Terry and Manuel rolling around the kitchen floor having a fight

I really think that the "Thin Blue Line" with Rowen Atkinson is equal to Fawlty Towers. If you never checked it out then it's a must. I am the biggest Fawlty Towers fan in the world but trust me when I say that The Thin Blue Line is equal. They only made 14 episodes.

seldom do you see a show over 40 years old that still genuinely makes you laugh in a world that's since seen the simpsons, howard stern, family guy, chris rock, etc..

my parents got this as a set of vhs tapes when I was younger and I practically wore them out...you find new things to laugh at each time...you understand a basil mumbling that you couldn't before, you see a manuel face that never gets old...enough can't be said about this show man
