So the lovely couple is sitting in their breakfast nook enjoying their Maxwell House, with a pot of brewed coffee on the table and a jar of Maxwell House Instant Coffee right next to it. In the background of the closeup of instant you see a cup of coffee being poured from the coffee pot. They never show them putting the instant crystals into hot water. Is this General Foods' way of admitting instant coffee is a sham and how horrid it really tastes?
