I'm not a sex offender, but I have lots of sympathy for nonviolent, nonrapist sex offenders. I've come across a lot of cases over the years via curious research that involved the most stupidest or incidental offenses. The SOR was supposed to be for hardcore rapists, not drunken guys who feel up a woman at the bar.

Never in the history of the world had societies ever so attacked the human sexual urge to have sex as to tell a teen they can not enjoy this gift, and anyone who engages with them sexualy, teen or otherwise, who ever is older, is now labeled as a child rapist. This is a travesty, brought on by a media, and politicaly driven hysteria.
