do you know if the refurbished ipod touches have a fresh battery? I don't want to have a dead battery shortly after the 1 year warranty expires because the previous owner played games all day long on it

fresh battery and fresh shell. says so on apple's refurb site.

nice video, i fell more confident about the refurb model ipod touch i just ordered, and i hope i'll enjoy using my ipod as much as you seem to enjoy yours. so, again. nice video.

thanks, glad you feel more safe ordering refurbished products. generally, it is the same, but just has the word 'refurbished' inserted. You get the same warranty as always.
