Get this 500,000+ people are in prison right now for marijuana. If you ask me that is plain out bullshit. Marijuana is not a crime and shouldn't be treated like one. There are people in jail that are serial killers and have the same sentence as a stoner. Does that make any sense what's so ever? If it does please comment back. I just don't understand how people think it is a crime when you are stoned you don't want to kill anyone, or fight anybody you just want to e nice to everybody and you fee

@ShadowLawliet yeah same with cigarettes, I smoke and I always ask if its ok if I can light up, unless its in my own house or a zone specified for smoking. I just don't like the protesters on a personal level I know one of the hypocrites, not the one in this video though. Fact is weed is illegal right now, and I am for the control of it, BUT. Till its legal you don't have a right to light up, though even when it is legal IMO you still don't have the right to smoke in public (other hi ppl)

@Crazymagus13 so you ask me to stop or move somewhere else and i comply and that would occur with cigarettes as well not just jays

@ShadowLawliet The protesters did breach the peace. I am not against Marijuana, hell back in the day I used. But smoking it in public can harm certain people. Being allergic to the smoke and being forced near it, is a breach of your health hence causing injury. If we both have a right to be there and you light up and I am allergic you are doing bodily harm to me. You are essentially tell me I don't have a right to stand there too. I guess I like to play with scenarios.

the law is the law. Obey the law no matter what. Right? That's what your saying. Keep defending the criminals in government as they continue to aggress against peaceful people.
