What happens to the audio?
In premiere 6.5, the audio overlapped and you could add a fade between the 2 audio tracks. But what happens in Premiere Pro and how can you add a fade between to audiotracks?

How can i store my presets?

Hi, sorry for the delay, I just got back from NAB in Las Vegas. You can save your effect as a preset by right hand mouse clicking on the effect in the Effect Controls Panel, and then select "Save as Preset". You can give it whatever name you want. It will then appear in your "Presets" folder in your Effects Panel.

but thats for effects. Is there a way to save transitions?
For example i customise a "Dip to Black" transitions. After that i want to use this transitions on 50 clips.

No, you can't save custom transitions, You can set a transition as the default in your General Preferences, including the duration, but that's it. You could copy and paste your customized transition.
