Massive Swarm of Smart Dust caught flying through the Air

Video was taken in Winter Park Florida on 11/13/09; during the early afternoon hours.

This I have not seen until now. I live in central fl and do see the chem trail spraying everday lately. What time of day did you capture this film? I have some new pics ill put on right in front and back of my house.

It was between the hours of 2 - 3 in the afternoon. Some days you can see the spider web like fibers also falling from the skys.

If there is a whiteish haze in the sky surrounding the sun, it will be harder to see the smart dust and web fibers.

This is really something. Do you know if they stay active after the sun goes down by maybe using a flash light to see if they or still active or if the are just active during the day because they get power from the sunlight? Thank you for keeping us up to date.

I haven't tried to see them at night. Other people have seen them at night using a laser light or a strong spot light.

@Skywitness -they are active at nite also.some friends were out late,messing around with a spotlite,and kept looking at a small swarm of knats,or no-see-ums,but we got closer,and they were,nt knats,they seemed to be a big swirl of dust.they were moving all over.they are around in the summer,but not in winter-mabie heat is a factor?

@Skywitness -we have gotten spider-web like stuff,and snot-like spooge in the ground cover ,and shrubs,after a light rain thru chemtrails-also, people getting caught shirtless in these showers,complain of burning,itching,and i,ve even seen light burns on some.(these showers come durning hot,sunny days,over 100 temp,while that groaning sound comes out of the sky)

I have observed exactly this for the past couple years here in California. Yep. Most people do not want to acknowledge this. They want to believe these are nature's bugs and spider webs. I think you have to be "awake" to be aware. Have you ever tried showing this to somebody else? They can't handle it. Thank goodness for these posts or we would not get the validation that we need.

I have done the same thing as well, and filmed this very peculiar and somewhat alarming aerial display.  However... Don't think that everything you are viewing is a " smart dust " particle. THERE ARE UNIDENTIFIED AIRCRAFT AS WELL. Whether they are man-made or extraterrestrial remains to be revealed. But, I have known about this technique since the late 90's as well... thanks to the now defunct " SIGHTINGS " program on the old SCI FI. You are able to see this " WITH THE NAKED EYE " too.

whats to say this isn't just regular chemtrail fallout (barium & aluminum particles). You are assuming. It COULD be smart dust, but then again, it might not be
