I LIKE Morgan Freeman. He's an icon.

But much like Sean Penn when he delves into the political realm

he makes a fool of himself.

He's either schizo, suffers from 'cognitive dissonance', a race baiter,

or a hypocrite - So which one is it? He's making two completely

opposing arguments, "Stop talking about" Race, yet injecting

Race in a later interview.

Freeman refers to the Tea Party as a monolithic group, yet there

are HUNDREDS of different inculcations - Not some 'Political

Enemy'

Freeman is taking the side of the Colorblind view of handling racism. I can see both points of view when discussing racism in America. If you read up on the Colorblind view you will clearly understand where Freeman is coming from. Morgan is an advocate for improving race relations in America, not a perpetuator. What are you?

part of Freeman. There are HUNDREDS of different 'Tea Party'

organizations across the country, they aren't a monotonically

on the Tea Party!

2nd, ANY OPPOSITION PARTY is trying to take out the

I think the point was missed, sure he said "Stop talking about racism" in the 60 min interview then in the other interview he is specifically asked about race. There is no way to avoid talking about it at that point. I don't think he's making two separate points at all.

"stop talking about it" means stop teaching our youth about segregation. e.g slavery. the purpose of the lesson on slavery is2keep us segregated. schools don't teach kids that there were white's against slavery, who risked their lives to abolish it..how there were blacks who sold their own kind. gov wants us 2hate each other. it may end if we "stop talking about it." it's a figure of speech&it shouldn't be taken so literal. the whole truth about american history would cause a revolution.
