Battlefield 3 Jet Tutorial - Fly like a pro

A tutorial on how to fly a Jet the right way in Battlefield 3. Hope this helps. Please rate and comment! I'm in the process of making a Heli Tutorial.

So this video has gotten a lot of good attention over the last week so I've decided to make another! What do you guys want to see? How to effectively use LMGs? How to fly a chopper? How to effectively move about the map to objectives? Leave me a comment so I have some Ideas!

For everyone on a console: I do not own BF3 for xbox or ps3 so I couldn't give you an exact tutorial. I assume it has very similar mechanics aside from the controls being on a controller. Just get used to your keys and use these same tips :)

I use the Razer Nostromo for my LEFT hand. So some of my keys are not the same as if on a keyboard. I do recommend buying this if you have ever considered a gaming pad of some sort. It's also great for MMO's. You can macro every key.

what is the one that detects the enemy tanks and stuff, the proximity scan or the air radar?

@barberism24 the radar will show you enemy aircraft on your minimap, it helps when you have enemy aircraft chasing you. The scanner will decrease lock on time.

I was struggling with jets so much to the point where I wanted to throw my controller across the room (which I didn't) and I knew I need tips and tricks. I watched this video and used your quick-turn trick; this helped me so much that in 3 maps I managed to get to the stealth unlock, and I wouldn't have managed if it weren't for these tips.

I just get up in the air at a really high altitude and look around in the cockpit then when I see the enemy jet or tank I go down and rip em' apart!

I keep gravitating back to rocket pods for some reason, the frogfoot and the thunderbolt kill tanks fine with their gun in a second or two of fire.
