Clock Tower 3, despite the name, is the 4th game under the Clock Tower name.
The game is considerably different than its previous counterparts, as it's no
longer a point and click adventure, but is more similar to Capcom's other
survival horror games.

You play a young 14-year old girl named Alyssa Hamilton, who's been sent off to
boarding school by her mom. Just shortly before her 15th birthday, she
receives a letter from her mom to go into hiding. Around this same time, a phone
call comes from her mom, but there is no answer on the other end. Worried, she
returns home to find the place empty, save for a mysterious dark man. Thus her
adventure begins...

Chapter 4

Segment 9
One of the questions proposed by FAQ writers is this: How is this castle and
the Hamilton Mansion existing in the same location at the same time? Simple.
Parallel dimensions. Where DID you think those portals took me?

In case you're curious as to what happened to Scissorman when I returned the
skull, he fall down and go boom. Note the ledge where the glowing circle was
before and after I touched the spot.

Also, this level is purely the reason why I've been collecting all of those
invisibility bands. Yep, all for this. Overkill? Not a chance.

A couple of more notes. I have to get the employee's memo before I learn about
the loose bar. I also have to check out the fire before some little girl is
smart enough to use the ash to put it out, though she's smart enough to know
before seeing it that ash was used to put out fires.
