Can't think of any yamaha organ that came close to this of that year or even now.

Correction, Wersi is still in business, as they were bought out by Music Store in Germany. You can still buy the Wersi OAS digital organs as well as the Wersi Pegasus Wing. Technics no longer manufactures home organs any more. I would not put my faith in Roland Atelier as there are more Lowrey dealers than Roland Atelier in the USA. Lowrey is number one selling home organ in America.

@wurlitzerwanker The technics machines are dedicated electronics as opposed to a computer. Therefore are faster and more responsive to fast changes in use. Both machines are no longer being made though the spares situation is better for the Technics since Wersi are apparently not in business anymore. Perhaps someone will design the perfect electric organ, to replace these organs time will tell. The Wurlitzer for us still reigns supreme.

Quite different than the Blackpool Tower Organ. But still quite enjoyable.
Thanks for comments, The professional organist's tend to keep spare electronic boards etc. and also go as far as to have a spare backup organ. Love the Lowrey but infinitely prefer the Theater organ hence most our video clips are of Wurlitzers.
We however look forward to what the future technologies will bring. Also prefer true musicians instead of the CD one handed brigade. Thanks rsb

The Wersi Looks the part of Great Organ Unfortunately it's system is computer based running on a Windows Platform and lacks the dedicated speed of Technics organs.
When John Bowdler plays this machine he can make it sing like no other but he has found difficulty with it responding to all his Talents. So he prefers his first love the 'Mighty Wurlitzer' This why he does not play in the Summer when PK has precedence on that organ. You won't see PK playing the Wersi.
