I have bought the hcg drops and now I need to find out where to get the recipes for each day. Would you please help me? Is there a book you used to get started on the diet, or did you use a diet plan someone put together online? I started looking on youtube and have found lots of information but not sure where to begin. Thanks for your help.

do you create your video through youtube, rather than create it ahead of time and then upload it to youtube? That might be why you have a problem with timing...

Yes, I make my vlog, then I upload it to youtube. I will try doing that next. Thanks! Hopefully that will solve the lip sinc problem. :)
