Jack Schofield is a British technology journalist and former Computer Editor for The Guardian, for whom he started writing a weekly computer column in 1983. He joined the staff to launch the newspaper's computer section in 1985 and was also one of the Guardian's first bloggers, launching the 'Online' blog with Neil McIntosh in 2001. Currently Jack contributes the column "Ask Jack" to advise people concerning their computer problems.

Jack has written several computing and photography books. He is a regular user of Twitter and at 30,422 holds an URDB world record for the most unread emails. In this video he talks about Twitter, blogging, citizen journalism and the value of images and good spokespeople.
