Stonewall, just got Udyr. I like him, but I'm having trouble continuously locking people up without sacrificing damage output. Any items you'd recommend so I can actually do constant damage rather than get kited all day?

@ShadowIncarnate6 that's udyr's weakness. You can't help that. The best you can do is move-attack and try to get in front of them or in a way so they are forced to walk past you (in a gank). Later in the game - Merc/Shurelya's work out best.

@darksider27 - I go R-W-R-E. Maxing R first and W second, finishing with maxing E. I only Max Q when i'm playing solo top lane Udyr.

i like to get vamperic scepter, boots of mobility, wrigglerys lantern, yosimaru blade, triforce, Atma impaler, warmong, sell wrigglers lantern for a infinity edge when i have enought gold to but it at once.

@ShadowIncarnate6 what I usually do is fon/triforce/randuins/shurelia­s, you're the most mobile person in the game that way

After that ONLY level Q and W maxing whichever you need more (Q for offense, W for Defense/Sustain)

Cloth + 5 Pots to start, buy Boots and build into Wriggles asap. Upgrade Boots (usually to mercs) and then start getting pieces of trinity, usually the hammer first for the slow/health or sheen for the dmg proc.

Mid-Late game get tanky with Warmogs.

Pretty much works with jungle and lane udyr. Obviously sometimes you must counter the other team (such as grabbing wits or fon)
