It doesn't matter if they're drunk or not. I think most of us have been drunk and high and even stoned and got recorded... People, we have to understand that these people are not different from us just because they are exposed to publicity. How many videos do YOU have on your laptop recorded of you being drunk? I at least have like 5. So what? It is OK... so long as you do your stuff adequately, be it school, work, music, performance, child raising, etc, you name it. They're funny. period.
