The ergonomically shaped handle is aluminum with molded finger grips and jimping where the handle and blade meet. The design is thin, elegant and comfortable. The action of this knife is first rate and comparable to that of the Boker Magnum automatic series. As with other Kalashnikov knives, this knife comes with a silver or black pocket clip for easy tip-up carry. They're available in Black, Green, and Desert Sand.

Dagger blade is ELEGANTLY GROUND, Benchmade-530-thin up top, thick in the middle= useful blade strength. USEFUL BELLY which is not always the case on dagger blades.3.6 OZ LIGHT is a plus & is far lighter than I expected This is my 1st Boker Kalashnikov74. My second auto. FIRES HARD. FEELS SAFE/STABLE.
