[Notes on this song and this video]

This song is the title tune of their 6th (last) single "Dancin' & Dreamin' " (February 2007, its coupling tunes are "Please Forgive Me" and "Merry Xmas to the World"). But at Amazon the title of this single is written as "Dancin' Baby". It is because the title of original song by IRENE (in "Super Eurobeat" vol. 153, December 2004) is "Dancin' Baby". The title of this HINOI Team version seems to have been derived from the fact that two phrases "Dancin' Baby" and "Dreamin' Baby" appear by turns in Japanese lyrics. (In the original lyrics the phrase "Dreamin' Baby" never appears. "Dancin' Baby" is repeated instead of it.) The Japanese lyrics were written by Yuriko Mori, a professional lyric writer. But in a video of announcement about this single's release the members of HINOI Team told that a draft of the Japanese lyrics was written by themselves and later the professional lyric writer completed them according to the draft. And they told in the announcement that in the first part of the lyrics a girl wants to become a boy's girlfriend (she is not his girlfriend yet) but in the second part she becomes his girlfriend and happy. (The third part is a repeat of the first part, so it has no relation to this explanation given by the members.)

The "+Video Disc Version" of this single has three videos, (1) ordinary video clip of this song, (2) Dance Version of it, (3) Off Shot. (Note that the region code of the Video Disc is 2 [Europe, Japan, etc.], not 1 [USA and Canada].) But my video uploaded here is not the same as "Dance Version" in the Disc. Because the latter contains dance instruction by the voices of the members, interrupting the performance 12 times. To make this video I cut these instruction parts and connected other parts. Moreover there are three frames (just before or just after the instruction parts) that contain momentary lack of sound and there is the lack of one frame (both a picture and sound). So I united the sound of the video clip (1) to the video made through the operations above and I adjusted subtly the tempo of the music so as not to occur the time lag caused by the lack of one frame. (There are some other persons who did the same thing to make such special "Dance Version"s.)

The CD (Dancin' & Dreamin') containing this song is available in Japan even now. If you live in the other country, you can buy it at REASONABLE price through internet from "YesAsia". Search it. You can buy it also from Amazon, but the prices of imported CDs at Amazon are too high.
