  • Stark CEO was fired from American Eurocopter and hired drinking friends and neighbors to run Stark. 95% of all salaried personnel are gone. Half of these were experienced people with integrity and the other half were party friends who proved to be totally useless. All talk and no bite when it comes to professionalism and results (no personal accountability). Once you hear the top brass brag about themselves and discover their (ha, ha) work history, you see why no one stays. Just ask NG!

  • In 2008, they received a $10Mil earmark to fly the Heron UAV in Panama for Drug Interdiction. They had security leaks which compromised several of the agents(the COO had to go to the Pentagon to explain why this happened) and the aircraft was grounded due to poor initial provisions. Since then, they fired most of the managers - both good and bad - and are trying to start over. Unfortunately, all of the former military and experienced guys quit.

  • Almost all of the people in this video have resigned, been downsized or just randomly let go. Average tenure of employee is about 5 months and the ones who are there have little to no experience at their positions. Problem is, they stil have the problem managers making the same mistakes over and over again.

  • The Hunter has been a great aircraft and has served troops well for many years when run by IAI and Northrop Grumman. In 2006, Israeli Aerospace moved production to Columbus, MS and the program has started to fail significantly due to the lack of leadership and the poor managers hired by the President.

From Quality Failures to financial problems, this company has been limping along for 4 years.
