  • @darkvic987 yes, he did! You could join them. The "franco-flemish contingent" (FFC) is a group of re-enactors of a group of flames and east franks of the salian real, who were fighting with the normans on Hastings. The group is fairly popular among the original franco-flamish sphere. It consists Dutch, Germans, Belgians and I think some French. Their character is fairly international. Greetings.

    did he say felmish infantry?

  • leatherneck?

  • i was a leatherneck in this years re-enactment! hehe

  • I was right in the middle of the Saxon lines and took that first charge, we held firm and steadfast. The bastards from Normandy faltered in their resolve and broke ranks! Then we were massacred, and once off the battlefield, I sat down and couldn't move. Bloody good fun!

  • Now this looks better....i do 15th Century War of the Roses Re-en, and tbh ive done dark age and Early medieval and its alot more fun! Looks like a right good laugh :)

  • Go leathernecks!

  • boo go hrafnsdale!!!!

  • Woohoo! Go Draum!
