I'm still laughing because there are more then one student taking videos with their phones. We would have gotten slapped for having our phones out in class...lucky kids.

@MauiRealtorKen Point taken. He is clearly an instructer. I posted the comment while high on speed. Ok I'm kidding. Sorry. I watched it all and it was informative. I was rude for no reason so I will apologize. I was just searching fish butchering and well, this came up. It's a long video and I just sat and thought. That I could tear that salmon down quick like. Then go through it slowly taking questions. Then make some sushi and eat it.. I'm hungry

I'm sorry.. No offense but besides forgetting your damn pliers and having a name on your Jacket AND in 8.5 minutes breaking off half a fish that you said would be done quickly.. I don't know. It's a damn Salmon.. Your Lesson was vaguely informitive and.. Will there be a lesson on Tuna? Got to see that.

@krichdry In all respect, this demo was not one on speed. He was instructing 16 students in all levels of skills asking various questions so I think your comment is unfair. If you want speed, watch a clip on Iron Chef.
