Written Guide
============

1. plug in kindle, turn on unknown sources

2. download android.zip pack

3. right click, extract all, extract to C:\users\[YOUR USER NAME]\.android (add a '.')

4. device manager, right click kindle, update driver, navigate to .android folder

5. download SuperOneClick, extract to desktop (or wherever)

6. reboot computer

7. turn off antivirus

8. open SuperOneClick folder, right clock superoneclick.exe, run as administrator

9. click root or unroot

While rooting or unrooting my kindle tried to reboot and appears to be stuck in a bootloop and just says 'kindle fire', what do I do?
Pull the plug on your kindle. Hold the power button until it shuts off. Turn it back on. Reboot your computer and try rooting or unrooting again (this happened to me acouple times, no big deal).

My superoneclick freezes when I click root, what can I do?
First try rebooting your computer, if that doesn't help its probably some software on your computer the superoneclick doesnt like. syncing software is usually the culprit like itunes, htc sync, etc. You can try to remove some of those or try on another computer if available.
