Instructions: download put on desktop after extract with winrar after you extract hit the setup file and wait for installation (it may take REALLY log to install (about an hour or two)) after installation the game it may just start or sometimes it would ask you for the file d3dx9_34 just download it and put it in the folder were all the files of the game are at and just hit cod4.exe again the the game will start with out any problem!! =]

NOTE: i'm sorry for the video i guess something happen to the audio! it's like late!
