@Valjean4 absolutely. it sucks. I play 3 varsity sports but i once stayed out of the weight room for 2 months straight because my seborrheic dermatitis was flaring.

@MrAUFANATIC Nizoral is Ketoconazole. Ketoconazole is the active ingredient, 2% is the norm.

another name for the "maria treben's swedish elixir" is : "maria treben's swedish bitters". so go on google and type : "swedish bitters maria treben" and you will be able to buy it online. This will work. apply it on your affected skin before going to bed and rinse it off with water when you wake up.

Some success i've had recently with mine and at the time it was really bad. I had redness all around my hair-line, forehead, both sides of my nose, jaw and chest. I noticed it would flare up after drinking alcohol but i found recently it came from me producing excess oils in my hair which irritated the skin around my HAIRLINE, MY BEARD, EYEBROWS, CHEST.
I've found preventions and tips to combat this. please message me so i can help you because i haven't got enough space in this comment box!

@fuzhouanonymous I second everything except the sulphur soap...Never tried it. I swear tea tree oil can solve world hunger. That stuff can do it all.
