1. ARTICLE 1 of the ANTARCTIC TREATY bans weapons, especially military grade firearms as well, from the Antarctic. Antarctic is a firearm/weapons free zone. This is international law. If the Japanese Whalers break it, they can be convicted in International Court of Justice and made to cease whaling.
2. Japanese Whalers have caused 3 Human Deaths & poison thousands of Japanese children. Sea Shepherd doesn't kill people, or animals. This is the challenge they are up against.
