This is my own recorded solutions to Microsoft's Free Game Tinker, which can be found by using the program Games for Windows - Live and downloading/installing Tinker.
These are not the best possible outcomes for each level, but they will give you the three stars need to 'perfect' that level.

What is wrong with the developers of this game? Without these walkthroughs, I would have to spend like, 5 or more years to try and figure out the 'perfects' for all these levels. That's ridiculous.
