Are publishing and print media obsolete in the age of the Internet and the iPad? And if not, how should newspapers, books and magazines reinvent themselves to stay alive?

  • I think the whole issue is that technology is a slippery slope and we're all becoming more dependent on it whether our dependency is willing or not. I can't help but wonder, if 2012 is only a "solar event" that doesnt kill the world's population but sends out massive EMP's...where will technology and those profiting from it end up?

  • The main lesson to learn from the Music Industry is that DRM killed it - people want what they want and will always find ways to get it - it's up to Publishers to give the customer what it needs...
